What courses are available?
It is pointless to apply for courses that do not exist at Durham University. For instance, there are no Departments of Dentistry, Medicine, Agriculture, Art, Journalism or Architecture. Some departments (e.g. Biological Sciences and Chemistry) do not offer any Taught Master’s courses. The English Language requirement for your course can be found under Course Details.
To see a full list of taught Master’s Degree courses available at Durham University, go here to get an alphabetical list. Under the heading ‘Course Level’ click on ‘Postgraduate’ so that each alphabetical list will show only postgraduate taught courses.
Click on the title of any course that interests you to go to the course details page for that course. Here you can ensure that the course suits your needs and that you are eligible to apply for it. Some courses require applicants to have a Bachelor degree in a particular subject and/or appropriate work experience. Other courses admit graduates from a range of degree subjects.
